In this episode, we look at the stumblingblocks of conflict and its many resultant sins such as debate and strife. We also look at doublemindedness, which is an often ignored factor.
The bible does not speak much about doublemindedness. However, James telling us about the instability of the doubleminded man.
A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.
James 1:8
Now the onus is on us to try and figure out what this doublemindedness actually means. We also have to go a step further and look at the opposite of doublemindedness. This is singlemindedness, the way of the Ruach (Spirit) that brings forth the fruit of the Ruach (Gal 5:22-23).
Now back to the topic of conflict. This is one of the greatest weapons of the enemy of our souls, HaSatan. As long as one gets into conflict, it produces all sorts of sinful works of the flesh (Galatians 5:19-21). These sins of course, forth no righteousness.
Significantly, we look at what this has to do with the behavior we see from our some of the brethren, especially those who are in the Hebrew Israelite religion.
